How our junk removal pricing works

We combine three main factors when quoting: volume (how much space your items take in our truck), type of material (hazardous or heavy items add fees), and access (stairs, long carries, or tight access can change price).

• Volume-based — half truck bed 15 sqft, full truck bed 30 sqft, 1/4 trailer (24.5 sqft)-1/2 (49 sqft) -3/4 (73.5 sqft) to full trailer load (98 sqft).

• Per-item estimates — for common items (sofas, appliances)

• Fees — additional disposal fees for certain materials and what the city considers hard to handle items (TVs, tires, mattresses.. construction/demolition)

General ITem/junk Removal:

Tier 1: Starts at $150

Basic household items removed from sidewalk, driveway, front yard, which a single person can easily and quickly load/move.

Tier 2: Starts at $250

Full service basic household items removal from single story house and/or backyard requiring 2 people.

Tier 3: Starts at $300

This includes light demolition and priority same day, after hours and weekend service for urgent needs.

Additional fees & notes

• Heavy items (pianos, hot tubs) require custom quote due to demolition and hard -to -handle classification

• Hazardous materials, chemicals and all liquids not accepted

• Mattress disposal fees may apply

• Donation & recycling available — we sort what we can

• Stairs and confined area

• Construction and Debris materials

• Additional staff needed

• Load over 2000 pounds

• Due to distance some item/pickup fees can be more

• A full load trailer might not be stacked to the top of the 4’ sides. I will do my best to stack debris/trash/items, but if couches, chairs and table type items fill the trailer, full price will be charged by volume.

Estimate is starting price by volume and can vary by labor, distance, materials, and access. I will be transparent and upfront about fees. Unless I find hard to handle items or problems not identified during the estimate, I do my best to not spring fees or add additional fees after the estimate is agreed upon. We recycle and donate when possible.
